Raindance, Hell’s Half Mile & New Hampshire

We are half way through a marathon streak of festivals.  We started with our International Premiere in London at the Raindance Film Festival, where we screened to two great houses and received amazing reviews and feedback.  It was dream to be able to screen our movie in London, as Dorien and Kenny grew up with British comedies.  We were flattered that our humor translated so well with British audiences.

Then we we were whisked off to Bay City, Michigan where we were chosen as the opening night movie at the Hell’s Half Mile Film and Music Festival.  We absolutely fell in love with this town and this amazing festival and were honored with two big fat screenings in a truly amazing, refurbished old style movie theater. We’ve been saying this since we left-  all our filmmaker friends should apply here.  You don’t know about it yet, but you will.  It’s a truly fantastic festival.

Then we went to the New Hampshire Film Festival for four days of parties and awesome movies.  We sold out our first screening and they added a second screening at the last minute.  That screening was so packed that fifteen people sat on the floor!  Now those are real movie lovers!  We even walked away with The Audience Choice Award For Best Feature!

Now we’re off to The Austin Film Festival to for two screenings, BBQ and Shiner Bock!
